Dahi & Methi Chicken

Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredents

1. 500 gms boneless chicken
2. 1 and a half cup of Curd
3. 1 Onion paste
4. 2 Big Cardamom.
5. Kasoori Methi
6. Pepper
7. Sugar
8. Salt
9. Refined Oil.


In a Kadhai, put 6 spoons of oil. Put in the Cardamom and fry for 1 min in low flame. Now put the onion paste in the oil and fry for 5 mins.Add oil if required. Then put in the Curd and again fry for about 2 mins. Now put in the boneless chicken pieces into the kadhai. Fry till the chicken becomes half cooked. (you make add water if required.). Put the sugar, salt and pepper into it and fry for another 1 min. Now put in the Kasoori Methi into it and cook till the chicken becomes soft. Once the curry is thicken remove the kadhai from the flame.
Decorate with Onion Rings

Serve hot with Paranthas or Roti's.
